Zumba Toning

    The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or
    light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay
    engaged! L
ightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and

    coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

    Mix of regular Zumba routines and Aerobic routines. Aerobic exercise (also known as
    cardio) is physical exercise of low to high intensity, that depends primarily on
    the aerobic energy-generating process.

Enhance Fitness
    A group fitness class designed for elders and older adults. Enhance Fitness combines
    three key components of fitness: strength training, flexibility, and cardiovascular

Butts & Guts
    A complimentary class that can be added to your usual lifting routine. Focuses on
    strengthening the lower body, in particular, the glutes, core stabilization and strength.

Cardio Weight Training
Cardio Weight Training is a combination of Step Aerobic exercise incorporating
    dumbbells and a kettlebell.  Warming up with step movements on and off the step bench
    utilizing low dumbbell weights, progressing to medium weights and finally, with the
    higher more challenging dumbbell weights.  The kettlebells are used in between step
    routines and dumbbell work to challenge the participant’s workload as well as the heart
    rate.  The class starts off working the upper body, (shoulder, arms, back, chest), with the
    dumbbells and then, working the lower half of the body with lunges and squats.  The
    cardio section of the class ends with a little bit of abdominal work and yoga planks, if
    time allows.

High Intensity Functional Training (H.I.F.T.)

    Full body strength & conditioning using body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine
    balls & steps. Fast paced class with emphasis on full range of motion. Proper execution
    of exercises teaches the body to be stable, mobile and flexible in any direction it is asked
    to move. 

Step Aerobics

    Step aerobics is a form of aerobic power distinguished from other types of aerobic
    exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to
    individual needs by inserting risers under the step.

Zumba Mix

    Mixed class of Zumba/Aerobics, Zumba Step, and Zumba Sentao.


    A people inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot
    camp toning.


    On Spinner® bikes, riders experience a challenging, exhilarating and fun workout.
    Knowledgeable and inspiring Certified Spinning Instructors — the core of Spinning —
    ensure riders enjoy the journey.

Circuit Training

    This structured class is for 1 hour, timed 3 minutes of Cardio and 1 minute on each
    weight machines. This class is a form of body conditioning or resistance training, using
    high intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance, an 
    exercise circuit is one completion of all prescribed exercise in the program,

Cardio Training

    Utilizing barbells and dumbbells, full body multi-joint movements like squats and
    deadlifts, we teach the body how to be strong and stable. Beginners and advanced
    lifters alike will find this class useful. Class is slowed down to teach proper technique.

Open Workout

    This class is determined by the individuals who show up. Whatever workout the class
    wants to learn and do that day, is what we will do. Workout is spontaneous and no set
    plan, just show up and get a good workout! 

Intro to Weight Lifting

    The class is determined by who shows up and what they want to learn. Slow paced class
    that emphasizes learning the importance of proper technique.

Battle Ropes

    A class focused on full body strength training and cardio training that primarily uses
    battle ropes along with a variety of other equipment to condition the muscles in specific
    movements or patterns that cannot be achieved by just lifting weights. Ropes
    emphasize shoulder and core strength while engaging the lower body.

    Also just a class that offers a switch up from a person’s usual lifting routine and/or a
    place to blow off steam while making waves with ropes or throwing medicine balls.
